Our unit has a recently remodeled kitchen and bath and is less than 500 feet from Kamaole III state beach. The living room contains a queen size sofa bed that sleeps two. The bedroom has been completely redone with new furnishings, luxurious bedding and new carpet. It also boasts a king size bed, TV/DVD and air conditioning. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary high-speed internet, cable TV, stereo and telephone. Property amenities include two pools, a tennis court and two large BBQ areas.

Located in Kihei, South Maui, our ground floor vacation condo places you right on Maui's longest beach-Sugar Beach. A favorite with honeymooners and families alike, our one bedroom condo rental is part of the Kealia Beach Resort and is situated with direct beachfront access, & of course, a gorgeous oceanfront view. Relax, and watch for whales over breakfast, run out to the beach and jump in the warm Maui waters in a split second. Open the sliding glass door and let the sweet Maui sunshine in! Oh, and did we remember to mention the incredible oceanfront view? Our unit is on the bottom floor, allowing for effortless beach access.

Fall Line condominiums are located trailside at one of the largest ski resorts in New England - picturesque Sunday River Skiway. You park your car once and ski, board, walk or ride the trolley for the rest of your vacation. Imagine waking up in the frosty morning , walking out your back door, click on your skis and ski down to south ridge base lodge - the hub of Sunday River with all ski lessons generated from there as well as day care, cafeteria, hot spot for lunch and ski/board shops. At the end of the day while you watch the sun set over the western mountain ranges from your deck...did we mention every unit has a deck off the living room ... dad brings the kids to the heated pool for a swim & you can head to the large but cozy common room and relax by the fire or challenge your neighbor to a board game. Dinner options are abundant - upscale restaurants, pizza parlors & at least seven great ski motifs. Family friendly pubs within a 10 mile radius or a simple walk down the hall for authentic Mexican dinner by the roaring fire at Gringo Harry’s - if the kids want to stay back and watch a DVD while you go dine - we have babysitters.
