Located in the South Anchorage foothills of the Chugach Mountain Range near the glacial Turnagain Arm of Cook Inlet, Our bed & breakfasts is in an excellent location for day trips to Prince William Sound's 26 glacier cruise, Seward, and the farmlands of Palmer. 15 Chandeliers Bed & Breakfast is a 21 room manor home built in Georgian architectural style.  The deluxe rooms have ten-foot ceilings and crystal chandeliers. The mansion is equipped with high tech air exchange systems and in-floor heating in all guestrooms. Each guest room is appointed in Victorian, Edwardian, and Georgian decor with their own private bathrooms featuring rose hued tile floors and pedestal sinks.  Guests are served a full breakfast in Victorian Elegance.

The charming Victorian themed Oceanside inn is nestled among the sea oats and dunes along the Atlantic shoreline just minutes from the rustic downtown main streets. Our ocean view suites include... kitchenette, dining/sitting area, and a breakfast basket delivered to your suite each morning.

A Capitol Place is a privately entranced, completely renovated five-room apartment. It is the entire lower level of a century old Victorian town house located in the historic district of Capitol Hill, in a well established and friendly neighborhood just off Lincoln Park. It is within easy walking distance of the US Capitol, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Congressional Buildings, the Tourmobile Tourist stops, the Eastern Market and Union Station Metrorail (subway) stops and attractions, and it is one block from the City Bus lines. From the Capitol, it is about a ten to fifteen minutes walk to reach the Smithsonian Mall and its Museums. The apartment’s downtown neighborhood location, convenient to the monuments, memorials, and museums, as well as to government and business, is equally appealing to the tourist and to the business traveler. In addition to A Capitol Place B and B apartment, when available and for longer term rentals, we rent the Main Victorian House fully equipped, with its two separate bedroom suites and rooms of antiques and collections.
